The hotel itself would be developed by Plamondon Hospitality Partners. The plan is for a 208-room, full-service Marriott hotel with more than 22,000 square feet of public meeting, restaurant, and bar/lounge space, along with a 266-space below-ground parking garage. Final project expected by 2028.
